Led by a founder and owner who was born and raised in Jamaica, Jamaican Spice and Grill boasts a seasoned management team with a wealth of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. The owner and CEO is an experienced chef from Jamaica with over two decades of expertise. He has held various roles, including sous chef and restaurant manager, providing invaluable insights into kitchen management, menu development, and customer satisfaction. He has opened countless restaurants for others and now it is time for him to open his own restaurant. Stepping out on faith and building a legacy for his children to follow, he is passionate and committed to bringing the best cuisine of Jamaica to his customers.
