Spice of Jamaica Specialities

Jamaican Spice and Grill’s specialties includes: Jerk Chicken, a flavorful and spicy dish made with chicken marinated in a mixture of spices, including allspice, scotch bonnet peppers, and thyme. Then it is grilled and roasted. Another signature dish is Ackee and Saltfish. This is the national dish of Jamaica. It combines salted codfish with ackee, a fruit that is cooked and resembles scrambled eggs. It is often served with fried plantains, breadfruit, or dumplings
